Under the topic "Revealing territorial potentials and shaping new policies - Contribution to the post-2020 Cohesion policy debate ", an ESPON seminar was held from 24 to 25 of May in Valletta, Malta. Christof Schremmer [1] presented results of the project „Territories and low-carbon economy“, and answered the question of how to better address the issue of renewable energy in the framework of future Cohesion policy. Bernd Schuh [2] discussed results of the project „Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in European Regions and Cities“, and the importance of multi-level governance in this respect. After that, Jiannis Kaucic [3] presented the TIA Tool developed by OIR in a poster session. The documentation of the seminar and presentations are available under this link [4].
